- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 07, 2019, by Trish RorkeBought a mattress, about a year later it started sagging to the point our backs were bothering us. We called to make good on the 10 year warranty...they were not helpful...and did not make good on the warranty. Would not recommend.
