  My tablet had stopped working and I brought it to Verizen to see what was wrong. Andrea Sikes helped me with a new tablet and got everything set up. I had also been unable to get in my Facebook and my email and my voice mail. I have never received such thorough and friendly service. And I needed it. I am technology challenged. Thank you Ambrea. I always get good service with Verizon but this was exceptional. I do tell my friends and family about Verizen. I have been with all the other phone services in the past and Im so thankful to have finally found Verizen.
